Black/glass TV stand & black futon (sold together or separately) - Aiken, SC - Price: 150 (if together) in Aiken, South Carolina

We have a black futon and a black-and-glass TV stand for sale. We bought them less than a year ago. Only selling because we are moving and won't need these at the new place.
~ Asking $90 for the TV stand (original cost was $199.99 at Target). According to the Target website, it holds TVs up to 50 inches in size.
~ Asking only $70 for the futon (original cost was $149.99) because our puppy chewed each of the corners a little. It isn't very noticeable. There are 2 pull-out shelves underneath, as you can see in the pictures.
Will sell together for $150.
